The article is analyzing the positions of China in global capital markets, and factors that determine them. It shows trends features attracting foreign direct investment China, exporting Chinese abroad, portfolio investments to China. aspects Belt Road Initiative role Hong Kong as an international financial center are also considered. evolution currency market regulation dynamics Yuan exchange rate, well internationalizing its use cross-border operations discussed. authors believe prospects for strengthening China’s position markets will be determined by a number circumstances, including world economy, growth rate consistent liberalization conditions movement maintaining higher rates economy context recession coronavirus pandemic, ongoing domestic suggest remain attractive investors. export abroad largely country’s trade, national restrictions on capital, implementing leading economic partners, primarily United States, towards investment.
